ITALIAN AMERICAN
FLAG

The tragic events of 9/11 in New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington,
D.C. have profoundly affected each and every American. As we take time
to appreciate the sanctity of our freedom, the country stands united in
a way not seen since the Second World War.
While
preparing for what promises to be a lengthy battle against terrorism, we
must pause to remember those whose lives were cut short - both in the
attacks and in the subsequent rescue efforts. To that end, the Italian
Tribune will donate a portion of the proceeds from the sale of "The
Italian American Flag" to the Columbian Association of Police and
Fire, an Italian American organization that lost many of its members.
"The
Italian American Flag" - a stunning work by Italian American artist
Anthony Palladino - will be printed on high quality, 18" by
24" stock, suitable for framing. The cost is $35 (including tax,
shipping, and handling).
Our
goal is to raise $50,000 through the sale of the posters. Not only is
"The Italian American Flag" a beautiful work of art, but every
time you and your family look at it, you will feel proudly that you did
something to help the victims of this unspeakable tragedy.
To
order, send a check or money order for $35 to:
